You are receiving this message as an advance notice because our dark fiber supplier ”Eurofiber” will do a Service-Affecting maintenances KA-127003.

Location: Globalswitch, Amsterdam, NL – Serverius DC1, Dronten, NL Service Type: Dark fiber

Start: 05-10-2021 00:00:00 CEST End: 05-10-2021 06:00:00 CEST Duration: 6 hours.

Reason: Reconstruction work is carried out by the local/county council. Eurofiber is obliged to physically move a section of their network. This maintenance was planned for 07-10-2021 (ref. KA-038002) but due to complications on the construction site we need to execute the maintenance on 05-10-2021

This activity will impact the following dark fiber circuits: SDC1, Dronten < – > Globalswitch, Amsterdam

Expected Outage: Is expected downtime of DWDM channels from the Serverius DC1, Dronten to the Globalswitch, Amsterdam only. None expected outage for IP transit service, other dark fibers will automatically take over the data traffic, but there is a small chance for high latency and short time packet loss in the time of rebuild routing tables.
