We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance (inspection) on the electrical boards and lighting systems at our NL1 data center in Meppel. This planned work is part of our regular upkeep and is not expected to impact the availability of your services.

Maintenance Details:

Schedule: From 2 to 12 November 2026, during weekdays between 09:00 and approx. 17:00 CET
Location: NL1, Dronten, The Netherlands
Scope: inspections of MDB and SDB boards and lighting systems
Service Impact: Low

Netwerk upgrade DC2, scheduled 5 years ago

Update 8-4-2021 - 16:54: De lijnen zijn actief, alles zonder downtime.

Update 8-4-2021 - 16:46: Serverius zal zo direct de fibers activeren. Dit zal enige ms packetloss kunnen geven.

Update 8-4-2021 - 15:30: De nieuwe glasvezel lijnen zijn gereed en we gaan nu in overleg met Serverius de lijnen actief zetten. Dit zal geen downtime veroorzaken, hooguit enkele ms packetloss. De fibers zijn in ieder geval aangesloten.

Update 2-4-2021 - 01:30: De nieuwe switches zijn geplaatst, al het netwerk is omgezet naar deze nieuwe switches. Helaas waren de 10G glasvezel lijnen echter nog niet gereed waardoor we daar nog niet naar over zijn gegaan. Dit zal naar verwachting komende week gebeuren. Zodra we hier een datum/tijd van hebben maken we dat uiteraard bekend.

Aanstaande donderdag avond/nacht zullen we het netwerk in DC2 upgraden. We gaan hierbij de 10G koper vervangen voor 2x 10G glasvezel. Tevens worden de hoofd switches hierbij vervangen voor nieuwe Unifi exemplaren, zodat de opstelling gelijk is aan DC1.

Verwachte downtime: minimaal, enkele minuten packetloss en/of enkele timeouts door wijzigen van uplinks
